Each graduate will receive a personal QR Code and one for each companion by email 48 hours before de Ceremony. This, along with your ID or passport, will be mandatory for entry to the venue.
It is highly recommended that you reserve your availability for May 9, 2025 from now on, so that you can attend and enjoy your well-deserved graduation ceremony in the company of your family and other students of the School. In fact, the graduation ceremony will bring together students from multiple ITAérea postgraduate programs, which will allow you all to strengthen your international network of contacts.
As is customary in this type of celebration, the ceremony will be attended by the School’s presidential staff, as well as part of the international faculty of ITAérea, senior executives of the main companies in the sector.
In the same way, members of the United Nations will attend the ceremony, along with whom we will recognize our students for their invaluable contribution to the development and improvement of research and best practices in the field of sustainable management of air transport.
Companions:
We warmly welcome registered companions to join us for the evening cocktail. Please be aware that only those who are confirmed as registered companions will be permitted at the venue and ceremony. If you have companions on the waiting list or any queries, please feel free to reach out to us.
Visa Required:
Upon completion of your registration, your invitation letter will be promptly sent out. Please note that visa processing could take up to three to four weeks.
You will receive an invitation letter for each member of your group, including those on the waiting list, if applicable. These letters can be presented at the relevant embassy to begin the visa application process.
If you need to modify the name on your invitation letter due to a change of companion, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can assist you.
At ITAerea Aeronautical Business School, we do not have control or direct contact with embassies to expedite visa procedures, nor do we have any influence on their approval. If a direct email from the School to your contact at the Embassy is required as an additional requirement, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Dress Code:
We request all attendees to dress in formal attire. Upon your arrival at the venue, you will receive your graduation sashes to complement your outfit for the ceremony.
May 9th in Madrid falls during spring, a season with generally pleasant weather. During the day, temperatures are usually mild or warm, so light clothing such as t-shirts, lightweight pants, will be suitable. However, evenings tend to be cooler, so it’s advisable to bring a light jacket and sweater to stay comfortable. Additionally, it’s a good idea to check the weather forecast closer to the date, as conditions can vary.
